Each group focuses on specific goals for the month. If your fitness goals align with this month's focus, we highly recommend you sign up today! This month’s fitness group will be January 13th – February 12th
TR 30 for 30 consists of:
- Access to a TR Fit Coach via the TR Fit Club app
- Goal tracking following a specific meal guide
- Cheat days per your TR Fit Coaches rules
- Working out with TR Fit Online or at TR Fit Clubs 5 days a week and have active rest days
- Live online workouts will also be available
